Childhood Home - The Bedrooms and Guest Bathroom

Bedrooms

We started by removing the outdated red carpet and replacing it with luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. The LVP flooring gives the space a sleek, modern look while still being durable enough to withstand daily wear and tear.

Next, we painted the walls a bright white to create a clean, fresh canvas for the new homeowners. This also helps to make the room feel more spacious and open. We then replaced the door hardware with new matte black hardware.

The final step in the bedroom renovation was to replace the old light fixtures with new, modern ones. This helps to update the look of the room and provides better lighting for everyday use.

Guest Bathroom

Moving on to the guest bathroom, we knew that a complete overhaul was necessary. We started by tearing out the old vanity, toilet, tile, and tub/shower surround. We then installed LVP flooring, which is perfect for bathrooms as it is waterproof and slip-resistant.

We also installed a new vanity, complete with marble countertops and chrome hardware and faucets that complement the fixtures in the new shower and bathtub. The new bathtub is surrounded by picket tile, which gives the space a trendy, yet classic look.

We installed finishing touches like the new, more efficient toilet, vanity mirror, vanity lighting, and door hardware to complete the space.
