In this bathroom we only made cosmetic changes. Don’t get me wrong, we still gutted the whole room, but the vanity, shower, and toilet stayed in the exact same spot they were in when we bought the house. We even kept the original bathtub. Here’s a shot of the before.

See how well that tub turned out after a deep clean?! We opted for the clean, classic look of subway tile and gray grout to match the vanity and floor.
