Childhood Home - The Den

This space is just off the foyer at the front of the house. It could be used so many different ways - den? office? study? library? I imagine it being a part office/library, part hang out room like how it’s staged below:

To give it some character, we applied wall mouldings and painted it Kendall Charcoal by Benjamin Moore. The wall mouldings mirror the mouldings in the dining room, and the wall color is the same color we painted the dining room ceiling, so the two spaces tie together nicely. It could easily be transformed into an office with a lighter coat of paint and a new light fixture.
